Privacy policy
Short and specific: what we do with the data you leave in the brief form on tidenza.com, in the contact form next to our ad, or in an email. No legal fog.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Marcin Korolko, who runs the Tidenza studio. For anything concerning personal data, write to studio@tidenza.com; we answer every such message.
What we collect
- your name and email address, from the brief form on tidenza.com, from the contact form on Facebook and Instagram, or from your message to us,
- the link to your material, product or shop and the text of the brief you enter in the form,
- the content of our correspondence and the materials you send us for an order.
We collect nothing else. Our site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts servers, which means Google sees the IP address of the browser displaying the page.
Why, and on what basis
- To get back to you and prepare the material you asked for: steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To correspond with you and answer questions: our legitimate interest, which is contact with a person who reached out to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If an order follows, to carry it out and settle it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
We send no newsletter and we do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
Where your data comes from
If the data reached us through the contact form next to our ad, it is passed on by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, the owner of Facebook and Instagram. Meta is a separate controller in that respect; its rules are in the Meta privacy policy. The brief form delivers its content to our mailbox through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). The data passes through that provider's servers, including outside the European Economic Area; the rules and the basis for the transfer are described in its privacy policy. If you would rather avoid that, write to us directly at studio@tidenza.com; if the form fails, your email app opens and the message goes straight to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing. We use external email and hosting providers, who process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for 12 months after your last message. If an order follows, we keep the accounting documents for as long as tax law requires. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- correction of data that is inaccurate,
- erasure of data and restriction of processing,
- objection to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- transfer of your data to another controller,
- a complaint to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
To exercise any of these rights, one email to studio@tidenza.com is enough. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Do you have to provide data
No. Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot get back to you or prepare the material.
