AI speed. Human judgment.
On every single order.

Tidenza is an AI-assisted, human-directed studio. Short-form edits, voiceovers, multilingual dubbing and thumbnails, built with generative tools and checked by a human before anything reaches you. And internal software for companies, written by the same people. AI use disclosed openly, always.

01/ Why

Why human-directed AI

Nothing ships without human sign-off.

AI generates options fast. A human picks, refines and approves every frame, every word, every waveform. Raw machine output never reaches a client.

Disclosed, not hidden.

We state our AI use openly on every order. You always know how your content was made, and you get full commercial rights to use it.

Speed without the template look.

Generative tools let us explore far more concepts per order than a traditional studio. Human direction turns those concepts into work that fits your brand, not a preset.

A hard ethical line.

No deepfakes. No AI likenesses of real people, ever. Your own photos and voice, with your consent, are the only exception.

Real people are never faked here. Not for any budget, not for any brief.

Prices are in dollars because that is where the packages sell. Larger jobs, a landing page, a video series, an internal system, are quoted individually: send a brief below or write to studio@tidenza.com, and a human replies within two working days.

03/ Software

Software and automation for work inside companies.

We write internal tools in Python: desktop and web applications over one shared database, permissions by role, reports that send themselves, data pipelines. Marcin, who runs Tidenza, has a dozen of them behind him. Three are described below without names or dates, because they were built outside the studio, for other companies. The studio's own first software contract was signed in September 2026.

01

Promo code system for a retail chain

A desktop app for staff and a web panel for management over one SQLite database, permissions by role, nightly KPI reports by email, versioning and a watchdog that brings the service back after a server restart. In production.

Desktop + web
02

Work schedule generator

A constraint solver lays out shifts for several locations within Polish labour law limits, so a planner corrects instead of composing. Desktop and web, shared database, permissions. Finished after a pilot.

Solver + web
03

Script manager for data pipelines

Runs ETL scenarios in sequence or in parallel on a schedule, keeps copies before and after each step, repairs typical input errors on its own, can be steered by email and reports every run. In use.

Automation

Signed in September 2026, the studio's first software contract: a web application for tracking production orders over an existing ERP database (read only), with barcodes and alerts to the department. Scope and price in writing before we start; we do not bill by the hour.

04/ Work

Three pieces, and how each was judged.

Every studio shows its best frame. These come with the reasoning, including what went wrong first.

Grain sampler installation photographed for the Izydor product launch

Izydor

Client work

A Polish manufacturer of grain samplers had photographs, a patent and no way to show either. We built the brand direction, a technical landing page and a 33-second teaser from his own footage.

  • Shot list drawn from what the machine actually does, not from stock ideas of farming
  • Layout borrowed from engineering drawings, because the buyer reads specifications before adjectives
  • Online at our address with the client's consent; the sampler sold before any marketing, so we do not claim its sales

UGC talking head

Production sample

Eleven seconds, one continuous take, no captions over the mouth. Captions are where bad sync hides, so we left them off.

  • The room is written before the person: mixed colour temperature, clutter nobody arranged, a shirt with no lettering
  • Skin keeps pores and redness; beauty filtering is refused, because smooth skin is the giveaway
  • The first version drifted out of sync. We caught it, changed models and rebuilt

Product still turned into a moving paid social advert

Product ad from one photo

Production sample

A paid-social spot built from a single flat catalogue photograph. Still first, then the same still moving, because that is the objection every shop owner has.

  • Graded against measurements, not impressions: source saturation 15.7, finished 21.8 to 24.9
  • The first grade made the product look worse than the photograph. Numbers caught it, the eye had not
  • Typography set in markup and composited; text is never generated inside an image

How every order works

1

Brief.

You send the essentials through the brief form: script, footage or video title, plus references and preferences. The clock starts when we have everything.

2

AI + human production.

Generative tools produce the raw material fast. A human director casts, composes, edits and refines it into the actual deliverable.

3

Quality check.

Readability at small size. Pronunciation and pacing. Frame-by-frame caption review. Nothing skips this step.

4

Delivery.

Upload-ready files with commercial rights, on the stated timeline. Our own mistakes are always fixed for free.

AI use is disclosed openly on every delivery.

07/ About

About Tidenza

Tidenza is a small, independent studio for content and internal software, built on one principle: AI does the heavy lifting, a human makes every call. We also run Vela Bay, our own music brand, a live case study where we test everything we sell, from cover art to short-form campaigns, before it ever touches client work.

Sister brand · case study

Vela Bay

Music and social media, our own brand, run end-to-end with the same AI-assisted, human-directed workflow we sell. Cover art, voice work and short-form campaigns get proven here first.

08/ FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does “AI-assisted, human-directed” actually work?

AI generates the base material (visuals, voice takes, caption alignment), which is what makes this speed and price possible. A human then does the creative work: selecting, composing, directing tone and pacing, and reviewing everything before delivery. We disclose AI use openly on every order.

Can I use the work commercially?

Yes. Commercial rights are included in every package across all four content services: monetized YouTube, social ads, client projects and more. For voiceovers intended for paid TV or radio broadcast, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the right licensing for your use.

How fast is delivery?

Thumbnails: 24 hours; a paid 12-hour express is sometimes available, ask before ordering. Voiceover: Basic 24h, Standard and Premium 48h. Dubbing: Basic 24h, Standard 48h, video dubbing 3 days. Short-form edits: within 48 hours, with the Premium 5-clip series in 4 days. Timelines start once we have your complete brief and materials. A human reviews every delivery before it reaches you, and that review is never skipped.

What will you not do?

No deepfakes and no AI likenesses of real people, ever. No passing off AI visuals as real footage, no copyright-infringing content, no misleading claims. We use synthetic voices only, and real faces or voices appear only with documented consent. If a request crosses these lines, we decline and refund.

What about revisions?

Our own mistakes are always fixed for free, that is part of every order. Revision rounds beyond that depend on the package tier of each service; check the service page on Fiverr for the exact count included in your tier.

Do you also build software?

Yes. Internal Python applications for the desktop and the browser, dashboards, report automation, data pipelines and chatbots over company documents. Marcin has a dozen such programs behind him, built outside the studio; Tidenza's own first software contract was signed in September 2026. Every software job starts with a written scope, a fixed price and a deadline; we do not bill by the hour and we do not start before the scope is agreed. Economic rights to the code written for you are transferred in the contract; our reusable libraries come under a licence without time or territory limits, and the scope of the transfer is set in writing before we start.

What does the free sample involve?

You send a link to your own material (footage, script, channel) through the brief form. If it fits, you get a sample made from it, usually within two working days: about 15 seconds of edit, one thumbnail draft or one voice take, with no obligation. It is a sample, not a revision round: one per client, made once. If you want changes to it, we are already talking about an order and you get a quote. The sample goes through the same human review as paid work, and paid orders keep their place in the queue ahead of it.

09/ Brief

Send a brief.

Video, voice or thumbnails: link your own footage, script or channel. If it fits, we cut you a free sample from it (about 15 seconds of edit, one thumbnail draft or one voice take), usually within two working days. One sample per client, made once. Software: describe how the process works today and we reply with the questions we need answered before we can quote; a written scope and a fixed price follow once we agree there is a job.

A human reads every brief and replies within two working days. After the sample we send you the link to the matching package; you decide then. Paid orders keep their place in the queue ahead of samples. Your material is used only for your sample and deleted on request. Privacy.
